Especially as her previous guests include Peter Shankman, whose book, Faster than Normal, was instrumental in helping me discover my own ADHD back in 2018, and Rick Green, whose entertaining take on ADHD always makes me feel better!

Cathy is a wonderful host, and we had a thoroughly delightful conversation, discussing the many ways that Yoga can help us manage the sometimes challenging aspects of ADHD.
